Azcorp Properties LLC specializes in acquiring value-add assets through a variety of transaction types. Our acquisition strategy is divided into two categories: short-term and long-term. For each opportunity, we apply tailored techniques based on the specific strategy. Every potential acquisition undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process, which includes financial analysis, market research, a detailed construction budget, a strategic business plan, and a clearly defined exit strategy.
