Allen Azoulay
President
Allen Azoulay’s breadth of experience in financial advising originated from financial service relationships with clients of Scotiabank to becoming an account executive at Print Three Corporation’s leading retail branches. Since 2016 Allen Azoulay joined Concrete Mortgage Capital Inc. as a Mortgage Agent. He as well the President of Azcrop Properties LLC based in NJ. He is also young and passionate noted scholar, educator, columnist, author, political activist, and entrepreneur.
Founder of the Sephardic Legacy Series – “Institute for Preserving Sephardic Heritage” and author of 5 renowned books. In November 20th 2013 Allen Azoulay initiated ‘The Inaugural Tribute Luncheon Honoring the Contributions of Sephardic Jewry in America’ in US Congress. In February 26th 2015 Allen chaired the first National Sephardic Delegation to Ottawa meeting with the Honourable Prime Minister Stephen Harper. On April 1st, 2015, the Canadian Jewish News selecting him as on of the "24 Jews who are changing the world." In May 2015 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Israel chose Allen to be a delegate as a Young Jewish Leader Diplomatic Seminar in Summer of 2015. He has close relations with various governments and is active in public affairs. Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts Major in Marketing from Excelsior College, and a Masters of Science degree from Azrieli Graduate School of Education from Yeshiva University.

Nadia was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. Before her career as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Nadia worked in a fast upscale environment as a Sales and Customer Service Agent for over 20 years. Real Estate was always something that she wanted to explore. Her hard work, charisma, eagerness to help others, and her years of experience in sales and customer service drove her to pursue that dream. Being Bilingual Spanish and English and her outgoing personality and ambition have helped Nadia’s reputation as a Real Estate agent quickly rise. Nadia is part of The Cozzi Team that has been in the business for 20 years. She knows that she has more to offer to all of her clients and the best gift for her is to see her clients satisfied and continue to help them either start or keep growing their portfolios.
Alex Calb
Underwriter
Alex Kalb is the Founder and Managing Principal of KCore Holdings. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and conducting and overseeing the financial analysis, due diligence, and underwriting of potential investments. Mr. Kalb has participated in a number of sophisticated real estate transactions via the execution of senior and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, as well as multifamily, retail, commercial, and industrial acquisitions. Prior to founding KCore Holdings, he originated debt & equity investments for a Brooklyn private debt & equity firm and serviced institutional real estate and private equity funds for LP equity financing at MUFG Investor Services. He also specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, mixed-used, and development sites within the prime Brooklyn and Queens Markets with Marcus & Millichap’s New York Multifamily team and was an asset manager for a NY real estate firm based on the Upper-West Side with $1bn+ AUM.

Mr. Kalb holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business.
Mordy Geffner
Mortgage Broker
Mordy Geffner joined Meridian in March of 2019 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in various locations including Florida and New Jersey.
Mordy focuses on helping clients grow their portfolio by guiding them through the intricate loan process. He has overseen the placement and underwriting for over $500MM in multifamily transactions.
Josh Merovitch

In his capacity as Executive Assistant, Josh provides comprehensive support to the President, efficiently managing a wide array of responsibilities. His duties encompass data entry, administrative tasks, and running errands essential to the business's daily operations. Josh is also entrusted with demonstrating his reliability and trustworthiness in managing sensitive financial transactions.
In addition to his role with the President, Josh collaborates closely with the property manager, assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth management of properties. His proactive approach and ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the company make him an invaluable asset.
